Daily, short, bite-sized episodes

With tidbits of wisdom (usually 6-12 minutes) from your host Michele Jennae and a series of inspired and inspiring Genius guests.

For my guest episodes, I take a lovely hour-long conversation and break it into lovely "coffee breaks" so that you can get to know my guest over the course of a few weeks.

Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday - Michele Jennae shares fEvery Day Genius, the EDG Butterfly Map Genius Framework, Blue Flame, and more!

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Inspired guests share their Genius with you about their personal and professional journeys. The line between professional and personal often fades away.

Note: Beginning Mar 31, the format will undergo a change. Guest episodes will be Monday - Thursday. Michele Jennae will share Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and occasionally the weekdays left open due to an interim between guests.

Recap

My friend and guest Lany Sullivan brings hard won wisdom to the podcast. She shares some painful lessons learned from having to start over, going from on her game, to feeling worthless, and finding her way back to the top of her game again! Find out more in her four featured episodes this week [172 - 175]

Then on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I share some pivotal moments for Every Day Genius. On Friday [176], I share the underlying theme for all of my work – the power of paradox. It's literally the secret to our Genius. Episode [177], Saturday, is all about the living circuit that helps us map and track the imprint of our Genius on a tool I developed called the EDG Butterfly Map. And on Sunday, we give thanks because Gratitude is one of the VIA gamechanger Strengths I've been introducing and this time, for the first time, I use the EDG Butterfly Map to do it. It's amazing!

Friday: [176] The Genius of Paradox and Polarity

Episode 176

Carl Jung wrote “real life consists of a complex ofinexorable opposites – day and night, birth and death, happiness and misery, good and evil. If it were not so, existence would come to an end.”

It would seem that life is paradox, and without it, well… Paradox and polarity aren't the problem. They're the point. And they're why I do what I do!

Listen in to go deeper.

Saturday: [177]

Episode 177

My whole life seems to have led to this very point. That sounds philosophical, but I can trace the path! I've been drawing this map, living this map, my whole life.

In today's episode, I share that map. Because in a real sense, it's not just about me. It's universal.

It's not a metaphor, but an actual map — a shape that describes how you are already designed to move through the world. How you generate energy, how you think, how youcreate at your best. And what happens when that motion gets interrupted.

Sunday: [178] A Strength Called Gratitude

Episode 178

We've been learning about VIA Strengths at the rate of two per month since January. Today I share Gratitude, and I do it in a way I wish I had for the first seven. I map it for you. I show you what it looks like with the underlying framework of the EDG Butterfly Map, but not explicitly. I don't want to dissect it for you. I want you to see how it flies.

If Gratitude is one of your top strengths, you'll want to listen to this episode. If it isn't, you should still know that it's a gamechanger strength and can be developed. You'll want to listen in too!
