Flight School
You've named your wings. Now learn to fly them.
Flight School is a six-week live cohort for people who have identified their genius tension and are ready to stop managing it privately — and start flying it daily.
Who This Is For
You have taken the assessment or read the eBook. You know your tension type. You understand, at least intellectually, that the polarity you have been managing is not a flaw — it is the architecture of your genius.
And yet.
Knowing the map and flying the terrain are two different things. Life keeps interrupting. The dominant wing takes over. The suppressor shows up in disguise. The sepia creeps back in and you find yourself wondering whether the framework actually works when things get hard.
It does. But not alone. Not in theory. Not by reading about it once and hoping it sticks.
Flight School is where the map becomes a practice.

What the Flight School Full Flight Is
Six weeks. One live 90-minute Zoom call per week. Daily and weekly prompts in a private Skool community between calls. Direct access to Michele throughout.
This is not a course. There are no modules to work through on your own schedule. Flight School is a live, guided process — which means what happens in the room matters, what you bring each week matters, and the people in the cohort become part of your flight.
The first cohort is small by design. This is not a scalability decision. It is a quality decision. The work deserves the room to breathe.
The Six Weeks
Week One — Orientation — Your Map, Your Terms
We meet your butterfly. You bring your assessment results and we map your tension live — naming your wings in your own language, in the context of your actual life right now. This is where the framework stops being abstract and starts being yours.
Week Two — The Upper Wings — Flying from Strength
We work the lift. What does each of your upper wings look like when it is fully expressed? When have you felt both wings working together? We build from what is already alive in you before we look at what is getting in the way.
Week Three — The Lower Wings — Reading the Drag
We work the cost. Your lower wings are not failures — they are aerodynamic information. This week we learn to read the drag accurately: what it is telling you, when to adjust, and how to recover altitude without shame.
Week Four — The Blue Flame — What Is Asking for Oxygen
We go to the center. Your Blue Flame is the specific desire that moves you forward — the thing you would do with your genius if nothing were holding you back. This week we name it clearly, look at what your suppressor has been doing to it, and begin dissolving the pattern.
Week Five — Flight in Real Time — The Interruptions
We bring in what has actually been happening. By week five you have been living the practice for a month. Things have come up — moments of real flight and moments of real drag. We work the actual material from your life, not hypothetical scenarios. This is where the framework earns its keep.
Week Six — Integration — Your x365 Going Forward
We land. Not because the work is finished — it never is — but because you now have a map, a practice, and a community. Week six is about consolidating what has shifted, naming what you are carrying forward, and building the daily navigation practice that sustains your genius after the cohort ends.
What You Walk Away With
— A living EDG Map — your butterfly fully drawn, named in your own language, grounded in your actual experience
— A daily practice that works — the three questions that keep your genius in flight rather than starting over every morning
— The ability to read your own drag — so sepia doesn't sneak up on you and burnout stops being the only signal something is wrong
— A breakthrough in vision — clarity about what your Blue Flame is actually asking for, and what has been standing between you and it
— A resilience you can feel — not the kind that means you stop struggling, but the kind that means you know how to recover altitude when you do
— Six weeks of direct access to Michele — in the room, in the community, and available for one-on-one sessions at founding member rate
"You were never broken. You were just flying on one wing and calling it enough. Flight School is where you learn to use both."
The Founding Member Offer
The first cohort of Flight School carries a founding member price. This is not a discount for people who need convincing. It is a recognition that the people who show up first — before the testimonials, before the track record, when something is still being built — are taking a different kind of risk. And that deserves to be honored.
Founding members also shape what Flight School becomes. Your questions, your resistance, your breakthroughs — they are part of building something that will serve everyone who comes after you. That is worth something too.
Flight School — Founding Member $417 (regularly $695)

Is This For You?
Flight School is not for everyone. It is for people who:
— Have taken the Genius Tension Assessment and felt something land when they saw their results
— Are genuinely tired of managing their genius privately and want a structure that supports real flight
— Can commit to six weeks of showing up — not perfectly, but consistently
— Are willing to work with what is actually happening in their life, not a sanitized version of it
— Want direct access to someone who has lived this framework, not just built it
You can still join the Ungated Flight School Community to learn more.

Well, Genius, the ball is in your court,
I built this framework because I kept watching people manage their genius alone. In the dark. With no map and no language for what was happening to them.
Flight School is what I wish had existed when I needed it. A small room, a real guide, a practice that works in the actual conditions of your actual life.
The butterfly doesn't resolve the tension between its wings. It flies from it. Six weeks from now, so will you.
Two wings. One flight. Every day.
