I've been becoming something. Here's what it is.

It's been three weeks since my last letter. I didn't plan the silence — life, vacation, and honestly a kind of productive overwhelm took over. But I'm back now with something that matters.

Here's what's been happening.

I've been deep in the Self-Actualization Coach certification with Scott Barry Kaufman — all lectures complete, practicum just begun. One session in particular lit my brain on fire: the polarity mapping lecture. I'd never heard of Barry Johnson before that day. Within 48 hours I could see twenty years of my own work through an entirely new lens — and then deeper still.

The EDG Butterfly Map has always been a living systems map of personal genius. What I now understand more clearly is that it operates on three axes, not two. The x and y axis is the horizontal work — the wings, the tensions, the daily navigation of your strengths. The z axis is what most frameworks don't touch: who is the person navigating the polarity, and how deep into themselves are they willing to go before the navigation becomes genuine rather than managed.

That's the work I've been doing. And it's ready to meet people.
