You've been invited into a conversation that matters.

Every Day Genius is a podcast built around a single idea: that every person is born with a specific genius — a way of thinking, creating, and contributing that is entirely their own. The work of the show is helping listeners discover it, develop it, and deploy it in their lives and work.

At the center of that work is the Butterfly Map — a framework that traces the tension between Ideation and Structure, and the crossing point where invisible potential becomes visible work. It's a way of seeing how you're already designed. And it changes things.

Guest conversations are where the framework meets the real world. Your expertise, your story, and your lens on human potential become part of a body of work that listeners return to — and carry with them.

What Our Conversation Will Be

This is not a standard podcast interview. There's no promotional script, no performance pressure, and no agenda beyond an honest conversation about the work you do and the wisdom you've earned doing it.

What I'm interested in is the intersection — where your expertise meets the questions EDGx365 is already asking. About what it means to operate in your genius. Where people get stuck. What opens up when they don't.

You bring your expertise. I bring the map. The conversation finds its own shape from there.

Expect something relaxed, purposeful, and real.

Format & Logistics

Length: We'll record for approximately 30 minutes. The episode publishes as a single conversation — no segmenting, no cliffhangers.

Recording: We record via Riverside.fm — browser-based, no download required. You'll receive a link before our session. A quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and headphones if you have them is all you need. If Riverside gives you any trouble, we have a phone dial-in backup.

Publishing: Your episode will publish on the EDGx365 feed and I'll notify you of your air date as soon as it's confirmed. You'll get the link the moment it's live.

Promotion: You're encouraged — and licensed — to share your episode everywhere. The release form below covers this formally. The spirit of it is simple: this works best when we both show up for it.

Five Questions to Sit With

You don't need to prepare answers. These aren't a script — they're an invitation to arrive with intention. Our conversation will find its own path, but these are the kinds of places we tend to go.

1. Tell me about a time your work felt completely effortless. What was happening?

2. When you think about how you do your best work — where does it start? With the idea, the vision, the possibility? Or with the structure, the plan, the execution?

3. Where do you see the people you work with getting most stuck?

4. What do you know now about how you're designed — how your genius actually works — that you wish you'd known ten years ago?

5. What's the one thing you want someone listening to walk away and actually do?
